OPEN CALL FOR ARTISTS
La decima edizione di Biennale Gherdëina, intitolata (Future) Paradise Garden e curata da Samuel Leuenberger, avrà luogo presso Ortisei e altre località della Val Gardena, dal 29 maggio al 13 settembre 2026. Il curatore e l’associazione Zënza Sëida hanno deciso di promuovere un bando aperto a tutti per invitare artiste/i con provenienza, residenza o domicilio in Provincia di Bolzano.
Il bando mira a supportare lo sviluppo delle pratiche artistiche in Alto Adige. Saranno selezionate le candidature che meglio si relazionano con il territorio e che risuonano maggiormente con il tema principale della decima edizione della Biennale.

Die zehnte Ausgabe der Biennale Gherdëina, mit dem Titel (Future) Paradise Garden, kuratiert von Samuel Leuenberger, findet vom 29. Mai bis zum 13. September 2026 in St. Ulrich und weiteren Orten in Gröden statt. Der Kurator und der Verein Zënza Sëida haben beschlossen, einen Open Call auszuschreiben, um Künstler*innen mit Herkunft, Wohnsitz oder Hauptwohnsitz in der Provinz Bozen einzuladen.
Der Open Call zielt darauf ab, die Entwicklung künstlerischer Praktiken in Südtirol zu fördern. Ausgewählt werden Bewerbungen, die am besten mit der Region in Beziehung stehen und am stärksten mit dem Hauptthema der zehnten Ausgabe der Biennale resonieren.
Die Teilnahme am Open Call ist kostenlos. Sämtliche Unterlagen müssen bis spätestens 28. Februar 2025 an opencallBG10@gmail.com geschickt werden. Alle Informationen finden Sie im hier herunterladbaren PDF.

The tenth edition of Biennale Gherdëina, titled (Future) Paradise Garden and curated by Samuel Leuenberger, will take place from May 29 to September 13, 2026, in St. Ulrich and other locations in Gröden. The curator and the association Zënza Sëida have decided to launch an open call to invite artists with origins, residence, or domicile in the Province of Bolzano.
The open call aims to support the development of artistic practices in South Tyrol. Applications that best engage with the region and resonate most strongly with the main theme of the tenth edition of the Biennale will be selected.
