"Defending the region, staying, insisting, not surrendering, maintaining territory and culture, but at the same time integrating the new and developing with modern times." this is how Bock describes South Tyrol in an email from Paris, where she lives.

Maybe in accordance with this perspective the sculpture Personne stands unfaltering and invincible despite the water trickling on his head in case of bad weather. The water pipe of the Gasthaus zur Traube, close to the village's main square, was redirected in a way that the effluent drips directly on the head of the sculpture. Bock also shows a transparent tube filled with water from the Mediterranean in which all South Tyrolian streams and rivers eventually pour into. Another reference to the beach life of the Mediterranean is the deflated Super Santos ball, the most famous beach ball in Italy, here jammed with a belt between the wall and a ceramic object on the facade of the Gasthaus zur Traube.

"Difendere la regione, restare, insistere, non arrendersi, mantenere il territorio e la cultura, ma allo stesso tempo integrare il nuovo e svilupparsi con i tempi moderni", così la Bock descrive l'Alto Adige in una mail da Parigi, dove vive.

Forse in accordo con questa prospettiva la scultura Personne si erge imperturbabile e invincibile nonostante l'acqua che gocciola sulla sua testa in caso di maltempo. Il tubo dell'acqua della Gasthaus zur Traube, vicino alla piazza principale del villaggio, è stato reindirizzato in modo che l'effluente goccioli direttamente sulla testa della scultura. Bock mostra anche un tubo trasparente pieno d'acqua del Mediterraneo in cui alla fine si riversano tutti i torrenti e i fiumi sudtirolesi. Un altro riferimento alla vita da spiaggia del Mediterraneo è il pallone sgonfio del Super Santos, il pallone da spiaggia più famoso d'Italia, qui incastrato con una cinghia tra il muro e un oggetto di ceramica sulla facciata della Gasthaus zur Traube.

Vielleicht entspricht es dieser Sichtweise, dass die Skulptur Personne unbeugsam und unbesiegbar dasteht, trotz des Wassers, das bei schlechtem Wetter auf seinen Kopf rieselt. Die Wasserleitung des Gasthauses zur Traube, das sich in der Nähe des Dorfplatzes befindet, wurde so umgeleitet, dass das Abwasser direkt auf den Kopf der Skulptur tropft. Bock zeigt auch eine transparente Röhre, die mit Wasser aus dem Mittelmeer gefüllt ist und in die schließlich alle Südtiroler Bäche und Flüsse münden. Ein weiterer Verweis auf das Strandleben am Mittelmeer ist der entleerte Super-Santos-Ball, der berühmteste Strandball Italiens, der hier mit einem Gürtel zwischen der Wand und einem Keramikobjekt an der Fassade des Gasthauses zur Traube eingeklemmt ist.
